Below is additional important information regarding the scheduling and planning of your wedding with our team.

It is advised that you contact Beautique Hair and Makeup first to see if the desired day is available. Wedding and special event services must be booked and confirmed by the salon. Your appointment date(s) and service(s) will be secured when the signed Agreement, Wedding Information form, and deposit have been received. All bookings for weddings are made on a “first-come-first- served” basis. No dates will be guaranteed without a signed Agreement, Wedding Information form, and deposit. The deposit will go towards the final total of your services and is non-refundable.  The Wedding Information form must be filled out and returned within 5 days of reserving your wedding date.


All reservations for parties must be reserved and guaranteed with a $250 deposit.


Beautique Hair and Makeup salon requires a trial for hair and makeup for the bride no less than 4 weeks before the scheduled wedding date. This ensures that you are confident in the styling of your hair and makeup on the day of the wedding and helps your style team ensure that we have scheduled enough time on the day of your wedding to give you the look that you desire! Trial appointments are available Tuesday-Fridays only as we are usually out of the salon on weekends for weddings and events.

Please bring any hair accessories or extensions you plan to use for the wedding. It is also a good idea to bring photos of your dress and a few potential hairstyles. Please arrive with clean dry hair, a clean and moisturized face, and wear a button up or zip up shirt that does not have to go over your head.


We would absolutely love to bring our style team to you at your venue or hotel to complete your Bridal services on the day of your wedding! We require a 6 service (NOT PERSON) minimum to travel on-location... for example 3 people for hair and makeup is 6 services. Otherwise, we welcome you to come to our salon located at 1043 Higuera Street San Luis Obispo, CA 93405. We have a Travel Fee of $200 within 30 miles of our San Luis Obispo CA location. Any location greater than 30 miles away is an additional $50 per 1-30 miles. Any Travel Fees will be included in your price quote. If we are traveling to you for your services, please be advised that our stylists will need electrical outlets.


Start Time: Although we try and accommodate the clients' "desired" start time, ultimately the salon determines the start time. The start time is based on the amount of hair and makeup services, desired finish time, and the number of available stylists. We reach out the bride on Tuesdays (week of wedding) to discuss details and start time.

Do you offer on-site services?

Absolutely! Our team would love to come to your hotel, ballroom, or church location and provide hair and makeup services! We require at least 6 total services minimum to travel on site and we have a travel fee based on distance. Additional fees for locations outside that radius- call for pricing. Our team is willing to travel anywhere to be a part of your wedding day!

Do you offer airbrush? What's the difference?

We do offer airbrush makeup services. Whether airbrush or traditional application is right for you can be determined at your Bridal trial in order to ensure that you look your best.

How long will it take?

How long it takes depends on a few factors:
1. How many people and what services they are receiving.
2. How early can we start, and what time you need to be finished by.
3. Will you be serviced in the salon, or on-site.

The more information you provide, the easier it will be to determine both time and cost!

Do you require a deposit?

We do! To secure your date we require a non-refundable $250 deposit to hold your date!
